With over two decades of leadership experience, Dawn is known for her integrity, mentorship, and steady guidance. She remains fully involved in the day-to-day operations, offering agents a level of access and support that’s rare in this industry. Business Development Manager
As Business Development Manager, Justin Cabral is responsible for all aspects of brokerage growth, including expansion strategy, marketing, financial management, technology, innovation, and day-to-day operations. Justin brings a forward-thinking, solutions-based approach to leadership, ensuring every process at West View is designed to serve agents better.

From building internal systems to expanding across new markets, Justin’s work is centered on positioning West View for long-term impact.
Kara Reynolds

In her advisory role, Kara Reynolds provides strategic insight into how West View can continually elevate the client experience across every touchpoint. With a background in operations and service coordination, Kara helps shape the systems and processes that support smooth transactions, happy clients, and efficient agent workflows.
